Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee to apply and nothing is deducted from you for being on the platform. You earn the commission the venue agreed to pay, and that is the only money that moves.
How do I actually get paid?
Settlements are generated per event or per week, whichever the venue runs. Each one shows the period it covers, how many bookings are in it and the amount — and once it has been paid it carries a payment reference, so you can match it against your bank instead of taking anyone’s word for it.
Can a venue change my rate after the night?
The rate is resolved and stored against each sale as that sale happens. Changing a rule afterwards changes what you earn next, not what you have already earned. That record is the whole point.
Can I promote for more than one venue?
Yes. A venue can create you as their own promoter, whose code works on their events. Venzio can also make you a platform-wide promoter whose code works more broadly. Either way your dashboard shows all of it in one place.
What is the referral link, and how is it different from my code?
Your code has to be typed at checkout. A referral link attributes anyone who signs up through it to you permanently, so you keep earning on their future bookings even when they never type a code. It is enabled per promoter rather than on by default.
What do I need to apply?
Your name, phone number, email, a password, and a photo of a government ID. The ID is required because your code moves money — it is the same check any venue would do before handing you their guest list.
